Marketing and Sales Manager
Job Location: San Juan, TX
Job Duties: Report to CEO and Management at Headquarters the company’s financial and employee performance results; Determine factors and provide solutions that affect customer satisfaction and total efficiency of the store; Conduct weekly meetings with sales representatives to discuss monthly sales goals; Control and minimize variable costs; Train and direct sales team as to existing and new company services and products; Responsible of maintaining a safe and professional workplace for the employees; Make final decisions regarding solutions to any problem that may arise with customers or supplier; Responsible for monitoring all company employees and ensure they follow company guidelines and policies; Conduct meetings with suppliers to discuss prices, availability, and quality of the product they are selling. Travel for two days every month to Monterrey, Mexico, in order to conduct results meetings with upper management at foreign parent Company.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, plus 24 months of experience in Construction Materials Sales Management.
